Because everything is handmade by one person, generally its not possible to take custom orders unless its a slower season where time to take on the task is available. 

When ordering something by back order please expect 1-3 weeks of completion, everything is handmade by Nicoletta, and it can take time to complete especially if there's multiple orders. If you have any questions please feel free to send a message. 

Shipping Sealskin Overseas is not always possible, so sealskin is limited to Canada, Shipping fish leather and other products is an option for those who cannot purchase  the sealskin products! 

Generally shipping is done as soon as possible but can take up to a week to complete, again, this business is run by one person. Nicoletta does the making of the items, posting, dealing with customers, packaging and shipping the products all while being a mother that also homeschools her children.  If you are experiencing delays (7+ business days ) on normal orders ( no back orders ) Please feel free to send a message. 

All sales are final. Due to reasons of hygiene and safety, earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable, unless proof of damage at the fault of Nicoletta's Art within ( 7 days ) will be resolved by a replacement being sent if possible. If the damage was caused during transportation you need to make a claim with the shipping company.
